Cat Saboteur

Don't know why you find this meditating so difficult.

Don’t know why you find this meditation malarky so difficult.

It has come to my attention that when attempting meditation it is important to ensure your cat is 1) asleep or 2) outside or 3) not an idiot.  Having your cat scratching at the bedroom door loudly with yowling demands to be allowed out, because he has spotted another cheeky cat sitting on his favourite part of the wall, can be distracting.  I would add that, should this occur whilst you are quietly zoning out to a guided exercise, you are liable to have something of a fright.   This is kind-of the-opposite of meditation.

And now said cat is asleep.  As you can see.  Nice.

*No cats were harmed during the making of this blog.
